Michael Waidner

Michael Waidner is Professor of Computer Science at Technische Universität Darmstadt and Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology (SIT). He founded and directs the National Research Center for Applied Cybersecurity ATHENE. His research focuses on practical cybersecurity challenges including internet infrastructure security, cloud vulnerabilities, and cryptographic protocols.
