Michael Trujillo is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University's Department of Psychology, part of the Dietrich College of Humanities and Social Sciences. His research focuses on the intersection of stigma, health equity, and resilience, particularly among LGBTQ+ and minority populations. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, a Ph.D. in Health Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a postdoc in Psychology and Medicine from UCSF.
