Michael Seeligson

Michael Seeligson is a Clinical Professor in the Finance Department at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. He previously served as a Visiting Associate Professor at Cox and held the position of Assistant Provost at UT Dallas, where he built the National Merit Scholars Program and led admissions during his PhD studies in Finance and Economics. His research focuses on the intersection of corporate governance and innovation, with practical applications in the startup world, including co-founding three companies in 3D printing and biotech. He holds a JD from the University of Virginia and Master's degrees in international business law from Sciences Po and The Sorbonne.
