Michael Pogue

Michael Pogue serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Finance & Economics at Ulster University Business School. His academic work spans finance, economics, and real estate investment analysis with particular focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics within European real estate markets. Pogue maintains research activity across multiple campuses including Belfast (Room BC-08-214, 2-24 York Street) and Jordanstown (Shore Road).

His research interests center on investment decision-making frameworks, corporate debt structures, credit rating methodologies, and the relationship between ESG performance and real estate valuation.
