Michael Phipps is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University at Albany's College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering. With a 20-year industry background in software engineering and architecture, he joined the department in 2018. He teaches on campus and in the dual degree program with Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
