Michael Kuhn

Michael Kuhn is a Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), affiliated with the National Wind Technology Center. His research centers on high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for offshore wind energy, focusing on floating wind turbine installations and their interactions with wind, waves, and structures. Kuhn holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master’s in the same field from Cornell, and a Bachelor’s from Cedarville University.
