Michael Kevin Hamed

Michael Kevin Hamed is a Collegiate Associate Professor at the Department of Fish and Wildlife Conservation, College of Natural Resources and Environment, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His research focuses on anthropogenic impacts on Southern Appalachian vertebrates, particularly herpetofauna, and utilizes advanced technologies like RFID and PIT tags to inform conservation strategies.
