Michael Kaulkin is a lecturer in the Pre-College Division at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM), where he has taught composition and musicianship since 2008. He also serves on the faculties of summer Kodály programs at Holy Names University and Portland State University, adapting Kodály techniques to emphasize musical memory and inner hearing.
