Michael Kühn

Dr. Michael Kühn (MA) is a university lecturer in leadership, personnel psychology, and organizational development at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM). He holds a doctorate from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz on crisis experiences of managers. His expertise includes human resources, talent management, change management, and executive coaching. Previously, he served as Regional Lead VP HR Talent & Development at Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main.

He is certified in psychometric diagnostics, team effectiveness, leadership styles, organizational culture, empathy, resilience, and mindfulness. His research focuses on applying psychological principles to organizational and leadership challenges.
