Michael Horsley (He/Him) is a faculty member at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music (SFCM) within the Collegiate Opera and Musical Theatre department. He teaches Musical Theater 504 & 505 and serves as a music director for the St. Louis Muny, where he has conducted over 100 productions since 1994 and was appointed music supervisor in 2013.
His career spans Broadway, national tours, and symphonic collaborations. Notable credits include conducting Chicago after touring with Chita Rivera and Ben Vereen, leading national tours like White Christmas, and vocal direction for symphony concerts with Jack Everly. His work extends to regional theaters across the U.S., including Kansas City Starlight and Guthrie Theatre.
