Michael Haughton is Professor and CN Fellow in Supply Chain Management at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University. His expertise encompasses freight transportation, logistics operations, and supply chain optimization. Office hours are held Mondays/Thursdays (11am-1pm) and Fridays (10am-noon).
Research addresses contemporary challenges in logistics systems, including recent work on truckload carrier alliances, environmental alignment in supply chains, and disruption resilience. Publications demonstrate strong methodological focus on optimization modeling applied to transportation networks and inventory systems under uncertainty.
