Dr. Michael Gartley is a Research Faculty member at the Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science within RIT's College of Science. He earned his BS from Binghamton University and MS/PhD from Rochester Institute of Technology. His role involves sponsor-funded research, graduate student advising, and teaching advanced remote sensing courses focused on system performance modeling.
