Michael Fricke is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Management and Organizations at the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona, and serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Leadership Ethics. His expertise spans Behavioral Ethics, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and related disciplines.

Dr. Fricke’s research and teaching focus on the intersection of business law and ethics, with particular emphasis on corporate social responsibility and intellectual property. Prior to academia, he practiced as an attorney, blending legal expertise with educational initiatives. He joined the Eller College in 2019, following five years at the University of Illinois Gies College of Business. His roles include co-leading the Center for Leadership Ethics, addressing real-world ethical challenges in business practices.
