Michael E. Winters

Michael E. Winters is a Professor of Emergency Medicine and Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He serves as Vice Chair for Clinical and Administrative Affairs in the Department of Emergency Medicine, while maintaining roles as Medical Director of the Adult Emergency Department and founder of the Combined Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine/Critical Care Program. His academic leadership includes directing Critical Care Education and co-leading national board review courses.
