Michael Dekker is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Ferris State University’s College of Arts, Sciences and Education. He earned his PhD and MS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Mathematics and Physics from Calvin College. Dr. Dekker specializes in teaching trigonometry, calculus, geometry, proof-writing, and abstract algebra, while advising the Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences Club.
