Michael Arthur-Kelly is a Professor at the School of Education, University of Newcastle, specializing in Special Education and Disability Studies. He directs the Faculty's Centre for Special Education and Disability Studies and collaborates with the Renwick Centre at the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children.
