Michael Alvin Baum is a Professor and Director of the Global Education Office at the Faculty of Human Sciences, Catholic University of Portugal. He co-directs the undergraduate Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) major and specializes in international education program design and intercultural communication assessment. His work focuses on Portuguese/European politics, gender quotas, and electoral behavior.
