Mica Pollock is a Professor of Education Studies at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Her work focuses on antiracism, equity, and the role of language in educational communities. She previously taught at Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University. Pollock’s research explores how educators navigate race-related discussions and collaborate across diverse communities to support student success.
