Mia Bar

Prof. Mia Bar is a faculty member at the Department of Life Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (ABA). Born in Toronto and raised in Montreal, Omer, Haifa, and Zichron Yaakov, she holds a BSc, MSc, and PhD in Plant Sciences from Tel Aviv University, and a Master's in Business Administration. Her research focuses on the plant immune system, plant development, and the interplay between growth requirements and pathogen resistance.
