Metin Budak is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biophysics, Faculty of Medicine, Trakya University. His research focuses on molecular biology, genetics, and epigenetics in cancer and cardiovascular diseases, with notable work on gene polymorphisms associated with ischemic stroke, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer.
