Dr. Mesut Yazıcı is a Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Simav Faculty of Technology, Kütahya Dumlupınar University. He has been serving in this position since 2024, following his role as a Research Assistant from 2021-2024. Dr. Yazıcı also holds administrative positions as Deputy Head of Department (since 2024) and Quality Board Member (since 2019).
Dr. Yazıcı's educational background includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Karabük University (2011-2015)
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kütahya Dumlupınar University (2016-2018)
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Kütahya Dumlupınar University (2018-2023)
His primary research interests focus on Thermodynamics and Energy Systems, with particular expertise in Energy and Exergy Analysis, Renewable Energy technologies (especially Solar and Geothermal Energy), Heat Pump Applications, and Heating, Cooling and Air Conditioning systems.
