Messaoud Bahoura is a Professor of Engineering and Director of the NSF CREST Center for Renewable Energy and Advanced Materials (CREAM) and the NSF CREST Center for Nano and Bio-Inspired Materials and Devices (CNBMD) at Norfolk State University’s College of Science, Engineering and Technology. He holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Laser and Matter from the University of Paris XI, Orsay, France, and has secured over $36 million in funding from NSF and DoD. His research focuses on advanced materials for energy applications, sensor development, and nanotechnology.
