Mesfin Tsige

Mesfin Tsige is a Professor at the School of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering at The University of Akron. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Case Western Reserve University (2001) and has held academic positions at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and postdoctoral roles at Sandia National Laboratories. His research spans computational polymer science, soft condensed matter physics, and molecular dynamics at surfaces and interfaces.

The Mesfin Tsige Lab at the Goodyear Polymer Center investigates soft condensed matter physics, polymer interfaces, and nanoconfined systems using advanced computational methods.
