Meryl Picard is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Occupational Therapy within Seton Hall University. With 25 years of academic experience and two decades of clinical practice, she specializes in wellness & health promotion, aging, trauma-informed care, and civic engagement.

Her research focuses on wellness across adult and older adult populations, reflective practice in clinical settings, and expanding civic engagement for vulnerable groups. Recent publications highlight innovations in disaster preparedness, remote workplace ergonomics, and patient advocacy for voting rights.
