Blau's pedagogy focuses on art direction, portfolio development, and conceptual thinking, enhanced by Mindpower philosophies that build mental toughness and emotional resilience—preparing students for high-stakes creative careers through 'Jersey-girl tough love' and mastery-oriented coaching.
