Mercè Roca i Puigvert is an Associate Professor and researcher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and ESCI-UPF, with affiliations to the Barcelona School of Management. She holds a PhD in Management from Leeds University Business School (2006), a Master's in Economics and Business (UPF, 2002), and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (UPF, 2000) and Economics (UPF, 1999). As director of the MSc in International Business and academic coordinator for multiple programs, she integrates research into curriculum design and industry partnerships.
