Menoka Bal is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Operations and Service Management at Aston Business School, part of the College of Business and Social Sciences at Aston University. Previously, she held roles including Assistant Professor, Lecturer in Engineering Management at Coventry University, and a PhD researcher at Liverpool John Moores University.
