Mengyang Pan is a distinguished piano professor at the Royal College of Music (RCM) and chamber music coach at the RCM Junior Department. Known for her elegant stage presence and powerful communicative playing, she has performed at major venues across Europe, the USA, and China, and collaborated with renowned conductors including Vladimir Ashkenazy and John Wilson.

Her research interests include piano pedagogy, contemporary music interpretation, and the revival of overlooked compositions. She also directed the RCM Master in Music Education program and curates piano festivals focused on historical and contemporary repertoire.
Mengyang Pan has served as an adjudicator for international competitions and delivered masterclasses globally. She was honored with a meeting at Buckingham Palace by Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh in 2011 for her contributions to British music.
