Menel Ben Mlouka is an Associate Professor at Kedge Business School in the Department of Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences, focusing on institutional pressures and legitimization strategies in multinational subsidiaries. Her work bridges CSR, sustainable development, and organizational behavior.

Her research explores how corporate social responsibility (CSR) influences individual and organizational behaviors, particularly in strategic transitions and societal legitimacy. She has taught since 2005 in France and Tunisia, including roles at the University of Toulouse 1, ESC Tunis, and ESSEC Tunis.
Recent publications highlight intersections of strategic management and CSR, emphasizing responsible business practices. She also contributes to practical applications as a director of the Centre 4C Béjà and evaluator for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Her teaching spans strategy and entrepreneurship, with a focus on certifying social standard auditors (SA 8000, 2010). She actively supports student entrepreneurial projects and consultancy evaluations.
