Memming Park

Professor Memming Park leads the Neural Dynamics group at Champalimaud Research, developing machine learning methods to analyze neural population activity. His lab creates state-space models for cognitive algorithms and real-time neural decoding.

Recent work includes XFADS for large-scale neural trajectory inference and generative models for neural data alignment. His group studies decision-making circuits using electrophysiology and computational frameworks from dynamical systems theory.
