Melissa McCardle is the Interim Dean and Professor of Social Work at Molloy University's School of Education and Human Services. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from The Graduate Center, CUNY, and has extensive experience in social work education and policy. Her research focuses on education equity, institutional racism, and culturally responsive practices in K-12 and higher education settings.

Research Interests: Dr. McCardle's work addresses systemic inequities in education and social welfare.
