Melissa Jenkins is Associate Professor of English Literature at Wake Forest University, where she directs the undergraduate English program and serves as faculty adviser for Sigma Tau Delta. Her community-engaged teaching includes the service-learning course 'Animals Make Us Human?' which partners with the Forsyth County Humane Society.
