Melissa Gill

Melissa Gill is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at University of New York Downstate, specializing in Dermatopathology and Cutaneous Diagnostic Imaging. She serves as Chief of Diagnostic Imaging in Pathology and focuses on non-invasive diagnostics using Reflectance Confocal Microscopy and Optical Coherence Tomography.

Recent publications emphasize advancements in confocal microscopy protocols, melanoma detection, and machine learning applications for imaging quality assessment. Awardee of the House Staff Award Clinical Research Grant (2003).
