Melissa Forouhar

Melissa Forouhar is a faculty member at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) School of Medicine, affiliated with the Department of Pediatrics and serving as Chief of Pediatric Hematology Oncology at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. She is a Colonel in the U.S. Army with a clinical and research focus on pediatric hematology-oncology.
