Melinda L. Lewis is a Professor in the Department of Social Work at the University of West Florida, affiliated with the Usha Kundu, MD College of Health. Her office is located in Building 85, Room 139, and she can be contacted at mlewis1@uwf.edu.

Teaching Experience: Dr. Lewis has taught across the social work curriculum at UWF, including courses in understanding human relationships, generalist and advanced practice, clinical social work, leadership and supervision, and field practice.
Professional Background: She previously held leadership roles in public and private social service and healthcare organizations serving rural populations in the southeastern United States.
