Melina Rabon serves as Associate Dean and Professor of Practical Theology at Columbia International University's Seminary & School of Counseling. She joined the faculty in 2015, became assistant dean in 2019, and advanced to associate dean in 2024, where she oversees all internship programs for the school.
Her educational background includes:

Dr. Rabon specializes in Spiritual Formation and Practical Ministry studies, with research focusing on innovative pedagogical approaches for faith-based higher education.
