Melanie Spence is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences (BBS) at The University of Texas at Dallas. She serves as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education and Director of the BBS Honors Program, contributing to academic leadership and student research initiatives.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in Experimental Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, and an additional Psychology degree from Converse College.
