Her work critiques technological and biocapitalist systems through sculpture, animation, and performance. Recent projects like 'Hellmouth' merge toxicology with digital systems, while 'Deeper in the Pyramid' examines milk’s cultural and economic significance. Jackson’s art navigates contradictions between complicity and critique, using provisional aesthetics to address complex socio-ecological issues.
