Dr. Mei Ching W. Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Systems and Adult Health at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Nursing. She holds advanced credentials including PhD, MSRN (Master of Science in Nursing), and CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Nursing). Her academic roles include multiple principal investigator positions across interprofessional education and global health initiatives. Dr. Lee's primary research focuses on palliative care with emphases on interprofessional collaboration, advance care planning, symptom management in chronic diseases, and end-of-life care for vulnerable populations. She has conducted extensive work with Chinese American communities and HIV-positive populations.
