Mehul Rangwala is a Continuing Lecturer at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, teaching analytics and supply chain management courses. As an information technology manager at the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, he leads IT strategy development, cost-benefit analysis, and technology operations.
His professional expertise spans 20+ years in data analysis, IT management, and quantitative decision-making across corporate and public sectors. He was recognized as GSM Teacher of the Year in 2018 by MBA and MSBA students.
Rangwala holds an MBA from UC Davis and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from India. His teaching integrates practical industry experience in budgeting, forecasting, and technology implementation.
