Mehmet Unver is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Hertfordshire, affiliated with the Schools of Law and Education. He holds dual PhDs from Selcuk University (Turkey) and Anglia Ruskin University (UK), focusing on private law and regulatory governance of ICT interoperability. His research explores intersections between competition law, intellectual property, and AI ethics. He previously served over a decade in Turkey’s electronic communications regulatory body.
