Mehmet KARAMANOĞLU is a Lecturer at Kastamonu University's Tosya Vocational School, Department of Materials and Material Processing Technologies, where he has been employed since 2011. He currently holds the position of Doctoral Lecturer (Doktor Öğretim Üyesi) since 2022, having previously served as a Lecturer (Öğretim Görevlisi) from 2011-2022.
