Mehedi Hasan Oni is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Arkansas, located at 220 North McIlroy Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Houston. His research focuses on Macroeconomics, Inequality, Environmental and Energy Economics, and Public Finance, with a particular emphasis on the distributional impacts of energy policies and economic shocks.
Recent work includes presenting his paper Commuting, Home Utilities, and Production: The Distributional Effects of Energy Price Shocks
