Meghan L. Butryn is a Professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Drexel University, where she also serves as Associate Department Head and Director of Research at the Center for Weight, Eating and Lifestyle Science (WELL Center). A licensed clinical psychologist, she completed her PhD at Drexel University (2006) and undergraduate studies at Cornell University (2001).

Her research focuses on behavioral weight management, physical activity promotion, and cancer prevention through lifestyle modification.
