Megan Weinkauf

Megan Weinkauf serves as Assistant Professor of Accounting at Northeastern State University's Broken Arrow campus. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership (Regent University, 2023), MBA Summa cum laude from Strayer University - Jack Welch Management Institute (2017), and BS in Business Administration with Marketing minor from University of Arkansas (2010).

Her research integrates neuroscience with business disciplines, focusing on transformational leadership frameworks, ethical decision-making processes, and human resource development systems. She examines how neurocognitive mechanisms influence organizational behavior and strategic management practices within accounting contexts.

Dr. Weinkauf actively contributes to community ethics initiatives through Tulsa's Ethics Advisory Council and co-founded Unite 4 Freedom, an organization providing comprehensive support services for survivors of human trafficking and sexual violence.
