Megan Scribe (Ininiw, Norway House Cree Nation) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, an MA and BA from York University, and specializes in Indigenous feminist and queer theories.

Her research interrogates interlocking systems of settler colonialism, cis-heteropatriarchy, and anti-Blackness through Indigenous storywork, legal narratives, and literary analysis. Recent publications focus on Indigenous schooling, gender violence, and Black-Indigenous solidarity.
She teaches courses on queer sociology, colonialism, violence studies, and gender identities. Publications demonstrate interdisciplinary engagement with critical race theory, postcolonialism, and Indigenous methodologies.
