Megan Moskos is Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Research Engagement at the University of Adelaide, co-directing the Future of Employment and Skills Research Centre (FES). Her sociological research examines employment, unemployment, inequality, housing, and public policy, specializing in mixed-methods approaches with disadvantaged groups in rural/remote areas.
Research focus includes:
- Indigenous housing and mobility
- Welfare policy impacts
- Disability workforce development
- Gender equity in care industries
- Aged care workforce challenges
Publications address Indigenous infrastructure needs, housing sustainability, cashless welfare impacts, and gender bias in healthcare. Current doctoral supervision includes Indigenous oral health in neoliberal Australia.
Leads interdisciplinary projects addressing complex social problems through collaborative research with Aboriginal and CALD communities.
