Megan Harris is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Accountancy at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's School of Accountancy, where she joined in the spring semester. Prior to this, she served as an Accounting Lecturer at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she brings expertise in accounting, auditing, and accounting information systems to her teaching. Her professional career includes roles such as Senior Auditor at KPMG, Senior Accountant at TD Ameritrade, Senior Internal Auditor at Nebraska Methodist Health System, and Assistant Controller at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.
