Dr. Megan Church-Nally is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, with a focus on Human Resources, and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University. Her research focuses on occupational stress, graduate student well-being, and improving employer-employee dynamics in nonprofits, alongside workplace safety and technology’s role in professional relationships.

Teaching spans courses like Project Management, Nonprofit Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.
