Megan Behrent is an Associate Professor of English at the New York City College of Technology (CUNY), part of the School of Arts & Sciences. Her research bridges literature and social movements, particularly focusing on race, gender, sexuality, and class in American literature. She has held fellowships including the National Endowment for the Humanities Award (2020-2021) and was a faculty fellow at the Center for Place, Culture, and Politics (2017-2018).
